We worked with Richard from another state to sell our parent's house. Richard did an excellent job from start to finish, and his strong local knowledge and expertise were a key factor in a successful sale for us in a relatively short period of time for a good market price. Richard helped to provide key local contacts & resources to help us with fixing up the home to good condition for sale (including roofer, plumber, electrician, painters, & landscaper). He listed the property at the right time & right market price, along with hosting an open house right after listing - which contributed to the successful outcome for us. Most importantly, Richard was responsive, thorough in his follow ups, provided good explanation on each step in the process, and got results!
